Mortis the Devourer
Mortis has been in X-Ville for as long as you or I can remember, you can
usually find Mortis in the 5th Business base, or in the Catacombs underneath
the Castle, honing his skills as a Mage. He works for the 5th Business,
which makes him a psychopath by default, so stay clear if he ain't in a
good mood.

Dr. Peggy Klemens
Dr. Klemens, Peggy to her friends, is X-Ville's forensic pathologist. Her
skills are constantly needed, to such a degree that she even lives above
the Morgue, which just happened to be vacant when she needed work.

Flukeman
What's to be said about ol' Flukey? Well, first off, he ain't human ("...he's
my brother..."). He ended up in the X-Ville sewers - where he's lived ever
since - after Mulder chopped his lower half off with a sewer grating. He
quickly regrew his nether regions and now runs the Schizogeny Arboretum
and plays Second Salmon for the X-Ville Flying Queequegs.

Deb... or whatever
Deb... Well, Deb doesn't even know her own name, so I guess that gives
you a quick insight into her personality. She keeps fading in and out of
X-Ville, but still manages to find time to run the Small Potatoes Costume
Shop & Insemination Clinic. She's affiliated with just about everybody
(check this out: OBSSE, SWILS, GABAL, FBI, XFU, CEB and FLO) and still
manages to act as an agent for the Federal Bureau of Innudendo

Jenny Thomas
Jenny's the Caretaker / Head Honcho for the HOME Insane Asylum and Tanning
Salon, but can usually be found with the barstool-crowd down at Puffy's,
something which may explain why she can't remember how she found X-Ville.

Jacob "Jake" Callahan [Deceased]
Jake was assigned on a Tour of Duty to X-Ville's 5th Business Group from
the Mega City One Judges' Corps, and could sometimes be found in the newly
constructd X-Ville Halls of Justice, or roaming the streets as a Street
Judge.

Bridget Gibson
A bad case of wanderlust caused Bridget Gibson to end up in our wonderful
little town and she's caused all sorts of chaos (nice chaos, you
understand) ever since. She works as a BEM Exterminator out of Castle M,
and also (more often) for the 5th Business Group.

Miss Annie
Miss Annie was born into X-Ville and has pretty much seen everything that's
ever gone on, but I guess that's what you'd expect from the Town Busybody.
The curtains in The Gables, her lovely home, are seldom closed, and rumour
abounds that Miss Annie has the largest collection of binoculars and other
spying equipment this side of the CIA. If the OBSSE existed, she could
be associated with them. If they existed.

Ophelia Quickly
Ophelia still lives in the abadoned cable car trailer park, even though
she owns Stupendous Yapizza (the only survivor of X-Ville's bloody "Pizza
Wars") and coaches the X-Ville Flying Queequegs (though mostly by default).
She came to X-Ville in an answer to Savage Brutality's call for musicians
to join X-Ville's first (and currently last) "Death Metal" band, and still
plays as Assualt Bassist and Frequent Banshee.

Phoebe Winter
Phoebe lives in the old Pfaster place, (although she's got her eyes on
his mother's house), with a cat called Emily and a baby flukeworm called
Humbug. She owns and runs X-BEE 101.3 FM, X-Ville's local radio station.
Phoebe ended up in X-Ville after her grandmother was tragically killed
by the own "rare and special" breed of bees, which were destroyed by men
dressed in black. Nobody, let alone Phoebe, was more surprised that the
Old Mrs. Winter had left her the remains of her estate. This gave Phoebe
the money to begin a extended road trip, eventually depositing her in X-Ville,
where she set up X-BEE.

Zane Jones [A.W.O.L.]
Zane works as Intelligence Officer for the 5th Business, and can, as a
result, be found most of the time in the 5th Business base. He entered
X-Ville when he was taken in by Lady Sally, and the two quickly became
close friends. Even when it emerged later that he'd been responsible for
the failed attempt on Alby's life, the two still managed to remain friends.

Lady Sally the Wiccan
Lady Sally is the Commanding Officer of the 5th Business Group, and lives
in The Cave in the Toad Rain Forest. She also owns The Head Shop, on M
Street. She came to X-Ville in search of her long-lost brother, Buster,
whom she found in X-Ville, and who it later emerged was a tank. She decided
to stay anyway, and has become the town's un-official welcome wagon.

Kwaung Xchi
Xchi (pronounced "Chee") ended up in X-Ville completely by accident when
he fell through a rift and from one illusion to another. He lives in the
Adobe Hut of the Philosopher, in the Toad Rain Forest. He's a member of
the Inter-Dimensional Hockey League, The Inter-Dimensional Council of Philosophers
and Sages and is a master of Illusion Interpretation. He also finds time
to present a show on X-BEE 101.3, X-Ville's local radio station.

Patterns
Patterns lives just around the corner and to your left with China, where
she runs the X-Ville China Outlet and Pie Shop (ChOPS, the 'h' is silent).
She ended up in X-Ville after one of her Darin Morgan clones found a map
tucked into a comic that was bought at a garage sale.

China was dragged kicking and screaming to X-Ville by Patterns, whom she
lives with, and is an expert in the care and maintenance of fine fabric,
whilst helping run ChOPS (see above).

Fallen Angel
Fallen Angel is the Head Mistress of the X-Ville "Church of the Unexplained".
She's not a nun, but if she was, she'd be a very bad nun. She ended
up in X-Ville after wandering around in cyberspace and falling through
a hole, where she saw little speedo-clad Mulders running around. It was
that which convinced her to stay.
